Select your dress online. We offer a 3 day rental period as standard. Please select the day before your event to receive delivery and the day after your event for the dress to be collected and returned to West Lend. The price listed included the dress rental, delivery, pick-up and dry-cleaning.

During checkout you will be asked to select your 3 day rental period. Day no. 3 is the day that the dress will be collected from your address and returned to West Lend. This is typically the day after your event.

Follow the steps outlined at checkout and your payment will be processed by our payment partner Stripe.

Yes an at home try-on service is available. You may select up to 3 dresses to try-on at home for a period of 2 hours. The cost is AED 50 which is redeemable against the cost of any subsequent rental. We ask our customers not to wash, dry-clean or repair any of our dresses, West Lend takes care of all of that.

If the dress is damaged please contact us with all the details and then once the dress is collected and returned we will assess the damage.

We do not charge our customers deposits however if the dress is damaged beyond all repair, the cost of the dress is chargeable to the customer.
